Yohan Francis Xavier graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Commerce from Charles Sturt University, Australia. He is a Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
Yohan has more than 21 years of experience in Tax. His primary focus is on Transfer Pricing, which involves documentation, tax planning, supply chain restructuring and audit defense across the region. |

Anand Raj Partner, Shearn Delamore & Co
Anand Raj has been in law practice since 1996 and a partner of Shearn Delamore & Co. since 2003. He is the Head of the Tax Disputes team and the Co-Head of the Competition Law & Antitrust Team. Anand currently serves as the Vice President of the Malaysian Bar and is the Chairperson of the Bar Council’s Tax and Customs Committee.
Asia Business Law Journal (2020–2022) recognised Anand as one of Malaysia’s Top 100 Lawyers, while Asialaw’s Client Service Excellence (2021) recognised Anand as “The Highest Rated Lawyer to Work With” in Tax and Competition / Antitrust.
