Cancellation Policy for Webinars
Baker Tilly Malaysia reserves the right to cancel a webinar for any circumstances which would make the event non-viable. In such an event, Baker Tilly Malaysia will offer registrants a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a webinar, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event on the new date.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
If a registrant is unable to attend the aforementioned event, they will be allowed to transfer their registration to another elected individual. Requests for transfer of webinar registration must be made via e-mail to corp.comm@bakertilly.my, and must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event time.
These above policies apply to all Baker Tilly Malaysia Webinars unless otherwise noted in the corresponding webinar marketing information.
