She has served over 600 clients, including Chinese government enterprises, listed companies, and Chinese-funded enterprises. She has demonstrated exceptional performance in the construction, manufacturing, and international bulk trade sectors.

He is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Tay Siew Chu is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
She has over 18 years of working in public practice with an extensive experience in the area of Corporate Tax Compliance. Her expertise has helped a diversified portfolio of clients from both private and public listed companies in industries ranging from construction and property development, plantation, hotel, manufacturing as well as trading and investment holding.
Her primary focus is on Direct Tax matters and she has assisted clients with Tax Audits and Investigation conducted by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia on Corporate Income Tax.

Cheryl Kew Peir Kean has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
Cheryl has more than 18 years of working experience in the accounting and audit industry, Cheryl’s exposure spans from external audit, corporate accounting to global business solutions. Cheryl was previously an external audit manager with Baker Tilly Malaysia for 8 years before becoming the Associate Director of HMC Corporate Services in the business process outsourcing department. She had participated in an international secondment program to Smith & Williamson in UK when she was an external auditor.
Cheryl’s clients come from a wide array of industries including investment holding, trading, retail, manufacturing, shares broking, property development, construction, healthcare, management services, non-for-profit organisations, food and beverages as well as hospitality services. She was formerly with a public listed company in Malaysia.
