Professional Background
Dato’ Heng Ji Keng is one of the founding partners of Baker Tilly Malaysia and Ferrier Hodgson MH.
He obtained his Master of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales and Bachelor of Economics (Hons) degree from the University of Malaya.
He is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), an approved Auditor and Liquidator under the Malaysian Companies Act 2016, a licensed Tax Practitioner and a Fellow of CPA Australia.
He was formerly, President of MAICSA, Chairman of CAANZ Malaysian Chapter and a Council Member of the MIA.

Professional Background
Andrew Heng is the Group Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Malaysia. He also sits on the Baker Tilly International Board and is the Baker Tilly International APAC Regional Chair.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Law from the University of Western Australia.
Andrew is not only a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) but was also admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He is both a registered Auditor with the Malaysia Audit Oversight Board, as well as an approved Liquidator under the Malaysian Companies Act 2016.
As with all aspiring accountants, Andrew started his career in Audit & Tax. Eventually, he found his specialisation in Corporate Finance, Liquidation, Receivership and Fraud Investigation. His 25 years of experience and industry exposure includes property development, construction, restoration of abandoned housing and schemes, scrap metal recycling, hotels, underwater aquarium aquatic business, mining, timber, plantations, retail and manufacturing.

Joe Heng has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia.
He is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an approved Auditor under the Malaysian Companies Act 2016, a registered Auditor with the Malaysia Audit Oversight Board, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia, an approved Foreign Auditor with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand, a Member of Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors Cambodia as well as a member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants.
Joe is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Joe was formerly with RSM Bird Cameron in Perth and Goldman Sachs International in London.
Joe previously served as an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Daibochi Plastic and Packaging Industry Bhd, a publicly listed company on Bursa Malaysia.

Dato’ Lock Peng Kuan has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University of London.
He is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), an approved Auditor under the Malaysian Companies Act 2016, a registered Auditor with the Malaysia Audit Oversight Board, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia, an approved Foreign Auditor with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand, a Member of Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors Cambodia, as well as a Member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants.
Dato’ Lock is currently a Global Council Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of its Audit Committee. He is also the Chairman of the ACCA Global Forum for Audit and Assurance, the Past Vice President of ACCA Malaysia Advisory Committee, a Board Member of the Audit & Assurance Standards Board and a Member of the Capital Market Advisory Committee of MIA. He was a Board Member of the Industry Advisory Board at HELP College of Arts and Technology. He is currently a Member of the Professional Standards Committee of Baker Tilly International and an interviewer for approval of Audit License in Malaysia.
Dato’ Lock is experienced in audit in a wide range of industries, including property development, construction, manufacturing, automobiles, university, service, trading, resort / hotel operations, oil and gas, retails and software development. He is also experienced in corporate exercises, financial due diligence, investigative audit and IPO in various jurisdictions.

Patrick McPhee holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Queensland.
He is a Member of Chartered Secretaries of Australia (CSA).
Patrick has more than 30 years of experience and expertise particularly in corporate restructuring, forensics investigations, transaction advisory, corporate recovery and litigation support services. He was also a Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of several major public-listed companies in Australia.

Professional Background
Anand Chelliah graduated with a Diploma in Accounting and Law from Sunderland Polytechnic University in the UK. He obtained his professional qualifications in the UK whilst training with a London-based public accounting firm from 1980 till 1989.
Anand is a licensed Chartered Tax Practitioner and a licensed Tax Agent under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act 1967.
He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
Anand has spoken at numerous seminars as an invited speaker and panelist, and has been featured in many articles on taxation for newspapers, magazines, etc as a leading authority and expert in the field of taxation.
He is currently a Board member of Baker Tilly Global Tax Solutions Limited.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and was Deputy Northern Branch Chairman of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
David has over 25 years of experience in audit, tax and consultancy. He has spoken at tax seminars and workshops, and has published books and examination manuals on taxation. He was a member of the editorial board of a taxation and business information booklet.

Tan Khee Meng (KM Tan) is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (Cambodia), an approved auditor of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator of Cambodia, an approved auditor of the Securities & Exchange Regulator of Cambodia, and an accredited external auditor by National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) for Banking and Financial Institutions.
He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as well as a Member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants.
KM is currently a President of Malaysian Business Chamber of Cambodia (MBCC), an active member of Cambodia's Government-Private Sector Forum, a member of Representatives of Employers’ Association in National Council on Minimum Wage (NCMW), and an advisor to the Tax Working Group of Chinese Chamber of Commerce-General Department of Taxation in Cambodia.
He has been practicing in Cambodia for more than two decades since year 2000, and he is specialized in audit and assurance, tax and corporate finance advisory.
KM is a regular speaker for various investment and tax forums related to investment in Cambodia, speaking on issues relating to tax law, investment law, and investment climate in Cambodia.

He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from New Zealand. He completed his Executive MBA degree at Hult International Business School (US) in 2015.
Dato’ George has more than 30 years of experience in the audit with extensive experience in business consultancy and tax works.
He actively serves the business communities and is currently the National Vice President cum Sabah State Chairman of Malaysia Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM).
He is also a business coach under the Vistage International Program and has been appointed by the Ministry of Education as a Fellow of the CEO Faculty Program of UMS, a programme that creates opportunities for public universities to collaborate with industry CEOs to prepare graduates to be industry-relevant.

Lim Huck Hai obtained a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting & Computer Science from Monash University, Australia and graduated with a diploma in Business Law from Staffordshire University, UK.
Huck Hai is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia, a Certified Information System Auditor and a Certified Information Security Manager. He is also certified in Risk and Information Systems Control, certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT, certified Lead Auditor in ISO27001 and certified Lead Implementer in ISO37001.
Huck Hai is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of CPA Australia.
He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and the Vice President of the Malaysia Chapter of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
With 30 years of experience in IT and consulting, he is currently the Managing Director of Baker Tilly MH Consulting Sdn Bhd. He was extensively involved in the implementation of Digital Signature Law and the development of the National Cyber Security Policy for the purpose of critical national information infrastructure protection.
