Professional Background
David Hor is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), an approved Auditor under the Malaysian Companies Act 2016, a registered Auditor with Malaysia Audit Oversight Board, a licensed Chartered Tax Practitioner and a licensed Tax Agent under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act 1967.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and was Deputy Northern Branch Chairman of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
David has over 25 years of experience in audit, tax and consultancy. He has spoken at tax seminars and workshops, and has published books and examination manuals on taxation. He was a member of the editorial board of a taxation and business information booklet.

Professional Background
Joanne Khor is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is also a Licensed Tax Agent under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act, 1967.
Joanne has more than 18 years of extensive experience in tax consulting roles. She handles tax compliance, tax administration, tax advisory, RPGT advisory, tax investigation and tax audit cases of various industries, from manufacturing to trading, healthcare, engineering, food & beverages, automotive, logistics and information technology, for both private and listed companies. Joanne speaks regularly at tax seminars and workshops.
Joanne was formerly with one of the Big Four accounting firms and specialised in Human Capital, as well as corporate taxation.
