The assets, located near the intersection of Jalan Bruas - Ayer Tawar and Ipoh – Lumut Highway, belong to a company which business activities are that of manufacturing, packing and marketing of gloves. The assets are for sale either in piecemeal or lump sum on an “as is where is” basis.
 
The assets can be accessed from Pekan Ayer Tawar or Sitiawan town centre via Ipoh – Lumut Highway and Jalan Bruas – Ayer Tawar.
